The laws of nature and the laws of karma are the same. Lord Buddha had become enlightened, he knew the laws of nature. Therefore, it is everywhere in the universe.
How do the extraterrestrials on thier planets that civilized in both mind and technology live?
Let's get to know the extraterrestrials at Kaokala.
- The extraterrestrials (we will call the ETs for short) that contacting us are mainly from 2 planets, from Lokukatapakadikong (we will call 'Loku' for short) and Pluto.
- Loku is a planet located in another solar system. Their mind and technologies both are highly civilized. Their planet is three times larger than the Earth. Its rotation period is 60 hours.
- Located far from the sun, therefore the weather is quite cold. They have to wear the thermoregulating suit which will automatically regulates body temperature.
- The landscape on their planet is quite similar to ours. There are mountains, rivers, but there is no boat because their ships can run on the water's surface. No cars, no trains, so there is no pollution, no roads, but there are landing fields for transportation.
- There is no road like on earth, instead they have 'Jumping Spots' for jumping. They cannot walk on their planet because its gravity is less than our planet, they have to jump. The distance between each jump is approximately 5-6 meters, so they have the jumping spots in every 5 meters.
- There are also natural disasters but cause them no damage because they stay in their ships. When the storm comes they will take the ships and fly over it. When it is over they will land on the ground again. Their residences on the planet are square platforms above the ground so the storms can cause them no damage, and they use those platforms for landing their ships. There are paths that lead them to underground where they live with their families. Each family can have 4 members in maximum; father, mother, and 2 children. If they have more than 2 children, means they are violated the law and will be banished from the star system.
- Their mind is highly developed and they keep their morality as their way of life. Their morality is different from ours because the way how to understand the laws of nature is different.
The first rule of morality (according to Buddhist teachings) about killing which is immoral for human, it is impossible for them. Killing is not their behaviors because they are not carnivores. They consume food capsules made from Kerb (a kind of plant on their planet) and they take it once a day so they have no excretory system. It will automatically decomposed. It is unnecessary for them to hunt for food. There are also animals; both land and aquatic, but not as various as Earth. The animals live naturally until their life span expires.
They do not have the second rule of morality (stealing) because everything is the same and all belongs to the government. No money and no business because all will be provided by the government. Everyone just ave to do their duty. Therefore they have no greed and they do not have to steal.
Also, there is no need for the forth morality rule (lying) because they communicate telepatically. What one is thinking, the others will know. At first they wondered why do human say different from what they think? Why don't they just say what exactly they have in mind? (In that time they might not know the complexity of human's lies.) Extraterrestrials Know About the Disasters?
The contact with the extraterrestrials by Kao Kala group was originally started from Sergeant Major Cherd Chuensamnaun who practiced the dhamma and meditation since he was a novice until he became a monk. When he became a soldier he still practiced the dhamma and meditation.
Therefore, it was easy for him to receive the contact from the extraterrestrials since his mind filled with calmness. He was able to distinguish and translate their message correctly and accurately. Many times the extraterrestrials had contacted (by waves like brainwaves) through someone else. No one knew what do do, we had to ask Sergeant Major Cherd to translate so we could understand what their purpose of contacting us was. The person who received the waves, though the waves were passing, spoke in another language but in his mind he understood its meaning. The equipment from the extraterrestrials installed within that person was the equipment for translating. We called it the 'technologies from the extraterrestrials'. The person who received their message told that Sergeant Major Cherd had translated correctly.

In the ancient times, those who are Buddhists practiced the dhamma and meditation seriously were eager to find the way out of sufferings according to the teachings of Lord Buddha. - If we look in the present, we can see that people has decreasing interest in practicing the dhamma, for the development of technologies is growing. The population is increasing, people become more materialistic, they struggle for their lives, therefore, the purpose of mind developing changes into development of materials. New generations become more materialistic, striving for better education and careers so they have no time to develop their mind.
- This is just to indicate the nature of growth and degeneration over time. When people's mind is highly civilized, the nature will provide them peace and calmness, but when technologies develop and their mind is dropped, it is normal for the nature to become harmful. This is the way of nature that had occurred countless times. It is now something new.
- Therefore, the disasters in the future come from its cause. It will happen by the way of nature.
- What we (Kao Kala group) are trying to inform you, is the incidents in the future that many people who their mind are highly developed are already know. How can they know? How can the extraterrestrials know? They know it will happen so they have to prepare to save humankind. They said it was normal. It could be scientifically calculated. It is exist in nature and those who link with the nature will know, but human may not understand if they explained it entirely. They informed us, not only in this planet that they must come for help in the time of disasters. There are many who are waiting for their help, for different planets has different problems.
- The extraterrestrials from many planets has assembled and founded the Galactic Federation. Their duty is to help the other planets that facing their crisis. The Galactic Federation, they explained, can be a metaphor of the United Nations that almost every country is the member. When there is a crisis in a country, the other members of the UN will help. Each country has different problems, floods, civil wars, plagues, or famines, the UN will help depending on what problem each country is facing. For example, if a country is facing natural disasters, they will send some food, the rescue teams, and medicines. Each member of the UN will send their experts in each field to help, for different countries have different expertise.
- The extraterrestrials from each planet, as well, they expert in different fields. If any planet facing any problem, they will send members from planets that expert in each field to help. Some planets expert in construction of radiation protection. Some planets expert in equipments that will save human. Some planets expert in medical technology. Some planets expert in biology. We are not the first planet they help. In fact, these extraterrestrials had saved us many times in the past.
- The disasters in the future will be extremely dangerous. They came from so many planets. They prepared to handle the future situations and contacted with many people all over the world. They flew their ships (as we called 'UFOs') over many places and many times because they wanted to notify people, so people would get used to and when the time of disasters comes they will not panic, because there will be many UFOs flying. They planned and prepared to help in 3 stages:

- During the time of disasters: they will help with their technologies. - After the disasters: they will restore the residences, food, and medicines with their technologies, for in that time no human technologies will remain. Before they leave the Earth, they will teach human about their technologies, for they cannot stay here. When the mission has accomplished, they have to return to their homeland and save the other planets.

This is not a groundless belief. It has been proved with consideration because our family members (Chuensamnaun family) most are graduated with bachelor's degree. Some work with national enterprise, 2 of the members are nurses, a teacher. There are many proof and experiments. We saw the proof with our own eyes. The extraterrestrials brought their ships into out sights, they sent the waves to tell their story, sometimes they send it while we are staying in our house, told us that they would bring us to see their spaceships. We walked to the lawn in front of our house in Singburi, they informed us to point to the west, less than a minute later we saw a large UFO flying low, across our heads. We could only stared. It was quiet, its colorful lights were twinkling. We all saw it. We saw it everyday, in many forms. They understand the laws of nature, that everything goes by its own way, they should not cling to those mundane materials so they seriously and continuously train their mind.
- Therefore, only some people who interested in the extraterrestrials and their purpose, and why they have to choose Thailand as their base.
- Frankly, we are merely a group of people who continuously practice the dhamma and have no interest in the extraterrestrials, especially Sergeant Major Cherd Chuensamnaun who had no interest, and did not know the extraterrestrials. He practiced the dhamma and meditation since he was a novice. He did not want to get involve with this. He loved to spend his life in solitude, like other people who practice the dhamma.
- Why did he have to involve with this?
- He could contact them because his meditation level was far enough to receive the contact from the higher beings, not only extraterrestrials, before that, he had received the contact from many higher beings like angels but he continued on meditation.
- However, the reason why he had to get involved, was because of their purpose.
They came here to save humankind from the great disasters coming in the near future. They came here to save the Earth, and we are human who live here, won't we save the others?
This is not a groundless belief. It has been proved with consideration because our family members (Chuensamnaun family) most are graduated with bachelor's degree. Some work with national enterprise, 2 of the members are nurses, a teacher. There are many proof and experiments. We saw the proof with our own eyes. The extraterrestrials brought their ships into out sights, they sent the waves to tell their story, sometimes they send it while we are staying in our house, told us that they would bring us to see their spaceships. We walked to the lawn in front of our house in Singburi, they informed us to point to the west, less than a minute later we saw a large UFO flying low, across our heads. We could only stared. It was quiet, its colorful lights were twinkling. We all saw it. We saw it everyday, in many forms. Many people became interested and witnessed in these paranormal incidents, to confirm their purpose of saving the world when it is in crisis. Therefore, we have to get involved.
Before that, the extraterrestrials told us that they did not want so many people to interested or believe in them. They only wanted people who they prepared, who has been sent and they are the co-workers.
- Another message from them to us sent on September 5th, 1998 mentioned Nostradamus, a person who was also a part of disasters project, sent to the Earth to warn people in the past.
- It is the same project, but he was in another team that had been prepared beforehand, to be born in Europe, easy to spread the news and reliable. When the right time came, the team from the 'up above' would send the information to him by knowing, or seeing and warn about the coming incidents. The team from the above would send him the visions or message, so he could predict it accurately. This was their project that had been prepared beforehand, not just in the present.
- Now these projects are all over the world. They came to save the world, from disasters, from global warming, and crisis caused by human, so the Earth has to adjust itself naturally, follow by natural disasters which are unavoidable. However, some human has to survive.
- If you read foreign books about UFOs, you would know that there are groups of people all around the world who are able to contact the extraterrestrials. In some countries even have cities for the extraterrestrials. The famous psychic, Uri Geller, once running outside his house, then suddenly the massive beam of light covered him since he was a child. After that, he possessed the psychic abilities. He could bend objects without touching, he could perform psychokinesis (moving objects without touching), and many other psychic abilities. (The extraterrestrials has already showed us.) These are examples for human to open and broaden their mind.
- These things are science, but our science and innovation has not gone that far, so we think it is paranormal. Though we can see or touch, we still think it is, because of our conceptional thoughts and stereotypes. We have only theories of possibilities to compare.
- If you have a chance, please read the article from the 13th chapter “Preparation for Descending on Earth” in the book UFO Analysis. (Unfortunately, the book is in Thai and I do not know if there is an English version or not – Translator.) It is about the extraterrestrials that has been contacting with Kao Kala group and doing the same project, which is currently on the second stage.
- According to the article, the extraterrestrials had sent the wave to a person, and the person told the story received from them. It has been recorded more than 200 hours. Scientists, astronomers, ufologists, and other experts has seriously analyzed and came to the conclusion that it was real. Therefore, these stories are acceptable for the foreigners.
- If we say that the extraterrestrials has been sending the waves, to contact us, Kao Kala group for more than 300 hours, it might be unbelievable because no one cared to prove like in the other countries.
- This is merely a part of the information received from them that we would like to 'inform' you. You do not have to believe. We are not seeking for another member because the training was for the first generation only and now it is over. We are not taking advantages from the readers, only to coordinate for disasters warning, cooperate with both human and extraterrestrials.
- Therefore, there are 2 major trainings for the group. One is the dhamma, and other is the communication with the extraterrestrials.
- The dhamma, they called 'Self Profit', to train the trainees to understand the laws of nature. Trained to 'see' the sufferings, how to end the sufferings, to stop clinging with the Five Aggregates, for more sufferings will come when they have to publicize about this.
- Training to communicate with them, they called 'Profit to the Others'. We do not have to concern much about this, for all will be arranged by the extraterrestrials. To whom they will send the UFO, to whom we have to cooperate, they will send out the wave to that person and there will be a coordination exactly what they planned. So there are many people from different occupations and different experiences that encountered different paranormal incidents contact us, to be informed and to compare what they have encountered to us. Many has experienced similar things to us. We are merely bring our bodies, human form, to coordinate with different people and places. The information we have to inform them, or the topics are from the wave that the extraterrestrials sent to us.
- Therefore, we are living with inner peace. Not to cling with with bodies, removing our ego, because we know that our bodies are used by them to provide benefit for humankind. The body is not ours, so we are in boredom of clinging with it.
- To practice the dhamma, is to see that the Five Aggregates (the body) is not ours, once we see them the way it really is, we can see and feel the true inner peace, removing our ego, to the concept of nothingness. This is exactly what we are training, but in the different way.
- There is a message from the extraterrestrials in 1998:
“Extraterrestrials are not secret, but no one would believe, so they remain secret.”
